Pricing

Digital OPD is priced per clinic per year, by the number of doctors and staff logins, not per prescription or per patient. Every plan includes appointments, prescriptions, billing, MIS reports and a monthly allowance of WhatsApp conversations.

What is included in every plan

  • Appointments, token queue and WhatsApp booking
  • Consultation notes and prescription printing on your own stationery
  • GST billing, receipts and the day's collection
  • MIS reports with CSV download
  • Setup help and data entry for your drug list and rates

What is not charged extra

There is no per-prescription fee, no per-patient fee, and no charge for adding a receptionist. WhatsApp conversations beyond the included allowance are billed at cost, because Meta charges for them and we do not mark that up.
